Owomugasho Raboni
Owomugasho Raboni is a Ugandan cinematographer, visual artist, and painter whose work brings together technical precision, artistic expression, and compelling visual storytelling. A graduate of Kyambogo University who later pursued a master’s degree at Makerere University, Raboni combines academic grounding with practical experience across film, commercial production, and music videos. Recognised among Uganda’s outstanding directors of photography, he is known for his visual work with AXARYA and music video productions featuring artists such as Spice Diana and Eddy Kenzo. Beyond cinematography, his passion for painting informs his eye for colour, composition, light, and visual detail. Through his work, Raboni continues to contribute to the evolution of Uganda’s visual arts and screen production industry, creating images that balance artistic identity with professional excellence.
